Compressed Air Receivers and Tanks
Vertical steel tanks for compressed air storage. They stabilize pressure peaks, provide a constant flow to the network, and act as the first stage of condensate separation before the air reaches the dryer or tools.
Available in capacities of 270, 500, 720, and 900 liters, with a working pressure of 11 bar. Each receiver includes a specific mounting kit containing all necessary components for installation.
Jender Vertical Receivers
270 Liter Vertical Tank — 11 bar
The most compact model. Suitable for small and medium-power piston compressors, workshops with moderate demand, or as an auxiliary buffer tank in networks that already have a main receiver.
500 Liter Vertical Tank — 11 bar
The most versatile capacity. It absorbs consumption peaks in automotive workshops, carpentry shops, and small industrial warehouses. Compatible with medium-power screw compressors.
720 Liter Vertical Tank — 11 bar
For industrial installations with multiple simultaneous consumption points. The larger storage volume reduces compressor start cycles, extending its service life.
900 Liter Vertical Tank — 11 bar
The highest capacity in the catalog. Designed for factories and production lines with high and continuous demand where pressure stability is critical.
The Purpose of an Air Receiver in an Installation
The air receiver serves three functions in a compressed air installation. The first is to store a volume of pressurized air that compensates for consumption peaks without the compressor having to start every time a tool is connected. The second is to stabilize the network pressure, preventing fluctuations that affect the performance of pneumatic tools. The third is to act as a primary condensate separator: as the air expands inside the tank, moisture condenses and falls to the bottom, where it is evacuated through the drain.
In installations with a screw compressor, the receiver is placed between the compressor and the refrigerated dryer. In installations with a piston compressor, it can be integrated into the equipment itself or used as an additional tank to increase autonomy.
